Valérie Brouwers joins the Auditstage leadership team, and with her, Auditstage officially sets foot in the United States.

More than a decade ago, Valérie Brouwers and our CEO Natalia started their careers together at PwC. Same selection days. Same training week in Portugal. Same late nights and last Friday drinks. They were forged in the same professional fire and held to the same relentlessly high bar.

Then their paths diverged. Natalia doubled down on auditing, chasing the most complex engagements. Valérie crossed to the other side and did so globally. She built an exceptional international career spanning Europe, Asia, and the United States. As CFO and Finance Director across multiple industries and continents, she oversaw $1.5bn in assets under management, scaled financial operations from the ground up, and led teams across three continents. She earned a sharp eye for strategy and a hands-on instinct for building things that last.

Now, their paths have crossed again. This time, on purpose.

Valérie joins Auditstage's leadership team from New York, bringing with her over a decade of Finance and Operations leadership at the highest level. A KU Leuven alumna with additional executive education at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, she combines rigorous analytical thinking with the kind of decisive, global mindset that scale-ups need.

Her arrival also marks something bigger: Auditstage is now represented on both sides of the Atlantic. This is not a coincidence. It is a signal. We are building a company of auditors, for auditors, and we are thinking bigger than ever.
