The website www.auditstage.com (hereinafter the “Website”) is owned and operated by Auditstage BV, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Belgium, having its registered office at Belgium, B-1910 Kampenhout, Raymond Impanisstraat 16, with enterprise number 1009.226.404. Any reference in these Terms of Use to “We”, “Us” or “Our” will be meant to designate Auditstage BV. By browsing the Website and using the online services offered through the Website, visitors/users (hereinafter “You”) consent to these Terms of Use, as well as to our Privacy Policy (https://auditstage.com/privacy-policy/) and Cookie Policy (https://auditstage.com/cookie-policy/). We therefore strongly recommend You to carefully read these Terms of Use before further browsing the Website or using any part of the Website. These terms of Use are made for Our benefit and for the benefit of any person working for or associated with Us, such as Our employees and appointees.

All disputes relating to these Terms of Use, including its interpretation, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions to the contrary. Before taking any legal action, all parties concerned shall take all possible measures to settle their dispute amicably.
